At S Caviar Labo, breeding, hatching and raising of sturgeon, all the processing steps and sales of caviar are all done by ourselves. We have been certified as a sixth-industry company by the government.
At S Caviar Labo, sturgeon are kept in low-density maintaining inter-individual interference distances.
